illustration & print

I did a six-month internship with GOOD, from Fall 2008 to Spring 2009. GOOD is a universal lifestyle magazine funded by individuals, businesses and nonprofits, and features community-oriented topics such as environmental issues, business entrepreneurship, education, art+music, and food. When I joined the team, they were a bimonthly publication, but have since switched to a quarterly publication and are utilizing their website to spread more GOOD things.

I was given a lot of creative freedom and opportunities: I worked on a window installation counting down the days to the 2008 Elections; I made giant, 6ft. tall cardboard letters spelling out the word GOOD, and created illustrations for their website. I will continue to update this page with those projects, but for now, I will leave you with a brochure I designed for GOOD December and two published illustrations I did for their Jan/Feb. 2009 issue.
